Novak's Final Predictions: Shays and Johnson Lose, Simmons to Win

Bob Novak's final predictions are in. Locally, he predicts that Reps. Johnson and Shays will lose and that all other incumbent Congressmen -- including Rob Simmons -- will win. Overall, he predicts that the Republicans will have a net loss of two seats in the sentate and nineteen (and control) in the house.
